When one of my characters ride on it's Big Blizzard Bear, it's inevidable. I always get at least one whisper, even on battlegrounds, asking me: "How did you get that mount?"

Well, I'll tell you how.

I bought it. Not with ingame gold, but with cool cash.

What is really cool, too, is that this Blizzcon mount is account bound. You can send it from one character to another. And even better... when your riding skills allow you to add 60% speed, the Big Blizzard Bear rides with 60% speed, but when can ride with 100% speed, the Big Blizzard Bear evolves, too, and rides with 100% speed.

Look below, if it's still possible to get the Big Blizzard Bear. If it is, you should get it. It's extremely rare. On our realm, one of the biggest in Europe, we are only three persons who have this mount.

Spectral Tiger Cub – the Cutest Spectral Kitten Companion Pet

Probably the cutest companion pet of them all, the Spectral Tiger Cub, has just been born a short while ago. You achieve it from the loot card Spectral Kitten from the Scourgewar Trading Card collection.

This little cutie looks like his father, the Spectral Tiger Mount. It comes with it's own armor, and it says "meow", when you click on him. Unlike the other kitten in the game, the White Kitten, this Spectral Tiger Cub actually looks like a kitten, and not like a smaller cat.

You get this cute kitten from a loot card. A very rare loot card. I recommend that you find one on eBay, if you want this spectral tiger cub, but make sure that the card is unscratched, and that it is a loot card, and not just a playing card. You can tell from the picture.

WoW Mount – Little White Stallion

One of my friends and guildies asked me yesterday, if we could meet. She wanted to show my her two new mounts, and she hadn't even seen the second of them yet herself.

The first mount was the Winterspring Frostsaber. I had never seen the second mount before. It's called Little White Stallion. Here's more info, and how you can get it.

Even though the Little White Stallion doesn't seem smaller than other mounts, it must be due to the fact that my friend is a human, and humans are very small. Tiny, even. And the Little White Stallion comes from a WoW Loot Card called "Tiny" from the latest Scourgewar collection.

If you are alliance, you get the Little White Stallion. If you are horde, you get a baby raptor.

You get 50 charges with the loot card, so use your tiny mount on special occasion, or buy several loot cards. They are not that expensive. If you purchase the playing cards, you should get the loot card for around $27, but they are cheaper on eBay. Take a look below.

Rare Mount – the Swift Moonsaber

One of the prettiest mounts in WoW is without doubt the Swift Moonsaber. With it's ruby red eyes and violet jewelled armoury it sets itself apart from the ordinary swift mounts.

So how do you get this rare mount?

Argent Tournament

The Swift Moonsaber can be bought from the quarter master in Argent Tournament for 5 Champion Seal and 500 gold (less, if your reputation is good), if you are exalted with Darnassus.

You get the Champion Seals as a quest reward in the Argent Tournament, so it will probably take you a few weeks to get the possibility to buy your mount.

Here is my main character on her new Swift Moonsaber:

Only a few other cat mounts are just (or almost as) pretty as this Swift Moonsaber.

One of them is the Winterspring Frostsaber, and the Spectral Tiger.

In order to get the Winterspring Frostsaber, you have to do the same boring quest over and over again.

To get the Spectral Tiger, it's easy. You just pick your loot card from eBay

Get a cute pet – the Sprite Darter Hatchling

One of the cutest vanity pets in WoW is the small, flying Sprite Darter Hatchling that most of all looks like a vivid coloured cameleon with butterfly wings.

You can have it for free, but you need to be at least level 39, because the companion is a reward from at quest you can obtain at that level. Level 47 is much better, though.

To get the cute pet, you have to do two series of quests, both starting at the same place: Feralas.

Freedom for all creatures

First series of quests starts with "Freedom for all creatures", and you get this quest from Kindal Moonweaver. You find her at coordinates 65,45. Look behind a tree, and follow the path a little bit up the mountain, then down again.

These quests are easy to do. You have to free some Sprite Darters, kill some mobs and finally go to Darnassus.

An orphan looking for a home

Second series of quests also start with Kindal Moonweaver, but before you go there, get yourself two bottles of Elixirs of Fortitude, either from Auction House, yourself or somebody else who has at least level 175 in alchemy and has the recipe. You need these elixirs to finish the quest.

Before you go, make sure that you have flight paths to Aera Peak, Hinterlands, and Gadgetzan, Tanaris, because one of the quests is a time limited quest (one hour), and it's plenty of time, if you have the flight paths.

Again the quests are fairly easy to do - you have to go to different places, kill some special wolves and get their meat, and then feed the hatchling.

Finally, it's yours as a reward.

If you don't like the thought of giving away hundreds of dollars for one singular loot card, you might want to see how lucky you are, and buy trading cards to find loot cards in it.

Nice idea. You might even be able to find them cheaper in eBay.

But what to do with all those trading cards, once you've bought them?

Why not have fun with your friends offline and play a nice game of WoW, without even turning the computer one.

Following in the footsteps of the popular online game, the World of Warcraft trading card game is another insanely popular entry in the Blizzard gaming universe.

Basically the online game has been translated into a trading card game so Raid decks are designed to mimic how Raids are handled in the MMORPG and characters who are difficult to kill in the online version of World of Warcraft, such as Paladins and Shamans, remain so in the TCG version of the game.

You can begin playing the WoW TCG by getting a Heroes of Azeroth Starter Set, which contains a Rule Book, two boosters, 3 Oversize and Rare Hero Cards, and a 33-card pre-constructed deck for one of the nine playing classes. You won't know what class you have until you open up the box as they are distributed randomly.

How to Play the World of Warcraft TCG

The first thing you should do if you've never played the World of Warcraft trading card game before is to check out the official website for the game. They have the rules and instructions on how to play and there's even a sample starter deck that you can print out so you can test out the game mechanics for yourself.

Once you're sure you want to play, you'll need to get a Starter deck and some boosters. They are sold on both Amazon and Ebay as well as in most hobby shops that stock collectible card games. There are currently two starter decks for the WoW TCG available. The first released was the Heroes of Azeroth starter deck and now there is also a Dark Portal Starter Deck. Each starter deck comes as a pre-constructed deck with 33 fixed cards -- one Hero and 32 other cards. Each deck will be built around one of the nine classes in World of Warcraft and those classes match the MMORPG.

Of course, if you actually want to win tournaments you’ll use the starter decks only as a base from which to build your own deck, adding cards from booster packs to make a more powerful playing deck. So it is usually a good idea to pick up a couple of booster packs when you get your Starter Deck so you can start customizing your own deck. Each booster pack contains 15 randomly distributed cards and this is where you will also find the World of Warcraft loot cards that contain additional items for use in the online game.

If you have friends who want to play the game, then you can start playing the WoW TCG with them, but you can also check the official site to find other players or visit your local hobby shop and see if they hold World of Warcraft card tournaments that you can join.
